A winch bumper is three purchases in one: a winch mount, a negotiation with your Bronco’s parking sensors, adaptive cruise radar and 360° camera, and a weight commitment your front axle has to honour. This guide checks eight ways to put a winch on a 2021+ full-size Bronco — six replacement bumpers and two routes that keep the factory bumper. The winches themselves are ranked in our Bronco winch guide; this page is about the steel they bolt to. Nothing here fits the Bronco Sport, and most of it excludes the Raptor — fitment is stated per product.
How we researched this guide
Eight routes compared — six replacement bumpers and two that keep the factory bumper — plus two also-rans checked and set aside. Every specification comes from the maker’s own page or documents: WARN, ARB, Rough Country, Addictive Desert Designs, CBI Offroad and Fab Fours, Ford Performance’s instruction sheet for kit M-1821-B, and Ford’s published weight data (the Bronco Equipment Installation Guide and factory spec sheets), cross-checked against dealer reproductions of the same maker copy.
Owner reports are paraphrased from four Bronco6G threads and linked where they are used; we do not test bumpers. Targeted searches for every part number in this guide found no Amazon listing — these are dealer and freight products — so every pick links to a maker or dealer page instead of a marketplace button, and no prices are printed: freight pricing moves too much to print responsibly. Where a maker publishes no figure, the tables print Not published rather than borrowing one.
The 30-second answer
Start from the bumper you already have. If your Bronco wears the heavy-duty Modular steel bumper fitted as a factory option, the baseline is Ford’s own Ford Performance by WARN kit (M-1821-B) — with hard gates: it is not compatible with adaptive cruise control, a dealer must install it and reprogram the airbag (RCM) module, and the front park aid cannot be relocated and must be disabled. No factory Modular bumper? Rough Country’s Hidden Mount 51065 hides a winch behind the bumper you have. Replacing the bumper: the ARB Summit 3480010 is the integration pick — sensors, ACC radar and camera all relocate into the bar; the WARN Elite 107870 is the winch-room pick, pull-rated to 12,000 lb on a named winch list; the Fab Fours Matrix publishes its weight (125–160 lb) but caps the winch at a VR EVO 10 envelope; CBI’s Adventure Hybrid is the camera-friendly fab bumper with the tightest ceiling (8,000–10,000 lb); ADD’s Stealth Fighter is the low-profile option whose fitment table includes the Raptor; and Rough Country’s High Clearance 51077 is the budget replacement — winch only via its optional mount, with a 2.7L conflict to resolve first.
The Baseline
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B
WARN 10,000 lb winch · 100 ft Spydura synthetic · dealer install only
Best if your Bronco has the factory-option Modular bumper and no adaptive cruise: the only OEM-signed-off route, and the one every replacement below has to beat.
Maker/dealer: the kit at a Ford Performance dealer
Best Hidden Mount
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065
Winch tray + skid plate · most winches to 12,000 lb · minor cutting required
Best if you want to keep the factory bumper — Modular or plastic — and hide the winch behind it. Does NOT fit the Capable bumper.
Maker/dealer: the 51065 at a Rough Country dealer
Most Winch Room
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856
One-piece 3/16 in steel · mid-frame WARN winches to 12,000 lb · weight Not published
Best if winch choice matters most: the only bumper here with a named 12,000 lb winch list. Buy the no-guard 107870 and relocate the control pack to keep the front camera working.
Maker/dealer: WARN’s Bronco bumper page
Best Electronics Integration
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010
≈172 lb package · low-mount winches to 10,000 lb · 3-year warranty
Best if your Bronco has ACC, parking sensors and the 360° camera and you want all three still working: everything relocates into the bar. The trade is weight.
Maker/dealer: the Summit at an ARB dealer
Budget Replacement
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077
11-gauge skin, 3-piece modular · light-bar ready · winch via optional mount
Best if the budget decides: a modular replacement with the sensor kit included — but the winch needs the extra-cost hidden mount, and that pairing is flagged against the 2.7L.
Maker/dealer: the 51077 at Quadratec
Best Low-Profile
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103
Radius plate steel · fully bolt-on · winch capacity Not published
Best if you want the tight, low-profile look — and the only fitment table here that includes the Raptor. Specify the winch-mount SKU; ACC needs a bracket sold separately.
Maker/dealer: the Stealth Fighter at an ADD dealer
Best for the Front Camera
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers
7-gauge steel + DOM tube · 8,000–10,000 lb ceiling · lifetime warranty
Best if the front camera matters and your winch is 10,000 lb or under with a non-integrated solenoid: the Adventure works with the camera; the Baja needs it relocated. Sensor wiring is cut-and-extend, by you.
Maker/dealer: the Adventure Hybrid at CBI
Best Published Weight
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1
3/16 in US steel · 125–160 lb by guard · VR EVO 10 ceiling
Best if you are counting pounds: one of only two makers here that publish a weight. The ceiling is a VR EVO 10 or smaller, with the control box relocated.
Maker/dealer: the Matrix at a Fab Fours dealer

How to choose a winch bumper for your Bronco
The bumper’s winch rating: ceiling and envelope
Makers state winch fit two ways: a capacity ceiling in pounds, and a physical list of what actually fits. The envelope is the real gate. WARN names the mid-frame family its Elite accepts and excludes the big-frame winches; Fab Fours sizes the Matrix for a VR EVO 10 or smaller; CBI’s ceiling carries a condition — a non-integrated solenoid box. Where the control box sits decides both fit and camera view, so price its relocation hardware into any generous-looking ceiling.
Sensors and adaptive cruise compatibility
Three systems live where the bumper goes: parking sensors, the ACC radar and the 360° front camera. Grade every bumper on all three — retained, relocated into the bar, moved by a separate bracket, or lost. The spread is total: the Ford kit loses ACC outright and cannot relocate the sensors, the ARB Summit relocates all three into the bar, and ADD and Fab Fours keep ACC only via a separate bracket. On a LUX-package Bronco this outranks steel thickness.
Weight and payload
Bumper plus winch is the heaviest addition most Broncos carry, hung ahead of the front axle, where it counts harder than weight in the cargo area. Ford’s figures give a Badlands 4-door roughly 500 lb of front-axle headroom and 1,120 lb of payload; the heaviest combination here spends half that headroom before people or gear. Published weights are rare — ARB and Fab Fours print theirs; an unpublished weight is a risk you carry, not a number you can plan around.
Approach angle and clearance
Full-width bars protect the corners and carry the most hardware, but add length and hang lower at the edges. The “high and tight” school — Fab Fours’ Matrix, Rough Country’s High Clearance — pulls the bumper up and back for approach angle; ADD’s radius design keeps the nose short for the same reason. Check the skid: some keep the factory skid, some need trimming, and Fab Fours’ is a separate part — the factory plastic skid cannot be reused.
Material and gauge
The honest spread: WARN and Fab Fours build from 3/16 in plate steel; CBI uses 7-gauge steel with DOM tube; Rough Country’s tray is 7-gauge while its High Clearance bumper wears an 11-gauge skin over 7-gauge mounts — the skin is armour, the mounts carry the pull. ARB publishes no Summit gauge — Not published here. Coatings matter in the spray: WARN cites a zirconium pretreatment with 408-hour salt-spray resistance; ARB uses Integrit over an EDP20 ecoat.
Lighting and recovery points
Decide lighting first, because the bumper decides what fits: WARN’s Elite has recessed buckets for the factory fogs; ARB provides for the OE LED fogs (fog kit available); light-bar bumpers take a 20 in bar (Rough Country, Fab Fours) or a 30 in bar plus cubes (ADD). Recovery points are the other half: rated, forged points — ARB’s two 8-ton points are the benchmark — welded eyelets (WARN), clevis mounts (ADD), never a tow ball. See our D-ring shackle guide.
Bronco front-axle numbers: the weight budget
Every weight verdict in this guide is measured against Ford’s own figures. Front GAWR varies by body and package, which is why the rows are separated rather than merged:
| Configuration | Front GAWR | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2-door (short wheelbase) | ≈3,000–3,180 lb | Ford Bronco Equipment Installation Guide (BBAS) |
| 4-door, Sasquatch / EMTC configs | 3,180 lb | Ford Bronco Equipment Installation Guide (BBAS) |
| 4-door Badlands, 2.7L | 3,270 lb | Ford published spec data |
| Badlands 4-door, 2.7L — the worked example | Value |
|---|---|
| Front curb weight | ≈2,763 lb |
| Front-axle headroom (GAWR minus front curb) | ≈500 lb |
| Max payload | ≈1,120 lb |
| Payload across Bronco trims | ≈980–1,397 lb (Big Bend 4-door at the top) |
Ford does not publish stock bumper weights, so the combinations below are gross added weight — net is smaller once the factory bumper comes off, by an amount nobody publishes:
- Heaviest documented: ARB Summit package (172 lb) + a 10,000 lb winch (≈72–92 lb by rope) ≈ 244–264 lb — about half the headroom, a quarter of the payload, before people or gear.
- Mid: Fab Fours Matrix, no guard (≈125 lb) + a 10,000 lb winch ≈ 197–217 lb.
- Lightest full bumper found: RCI Arapaho (89 lb, maker-published) + a 10,000 lb winch ≈ 161–181 lb.
- No-swap route: the Ford Performance kit ≈189 lb as a shipped package — no bumper change at all.
Ford’s mandatory airbag recalibration on its own kit exists precisely because Ford accounts for this added nose mass — and a Summit owner reports feeling the extra front weight on stock suspension over a 3,600-mile trip: manageable, but present (report linked under ARB below). Sizing the winch itself is a separate calculation, covered in our winch sizing guide.
Bronco winch bumpers by budget
No prices are printed on this site — freight pricing moves — but the routes ladder by how much hardware you have to buy. What each tier actually gets you:
| Tier | What you get | Example pick |
|---|---|---|
| Keep the factory bumper | No bumper to buy, ship or store: a tray behind the bumper you have, or Ford’s own kit on the Modular bumper | RC Hidden Mount 51065 / Ford Performance kit M-1821-B |
| Replacement steel | A full bumper with the winch mount built in; sensor kits and relocation hardware may still be extra | RC High Clearance 51077 / WARN Elite 107870 |
| Premium integration | Relocation engineering for radar, sensors and camera, published weights, rated recovery points | ARB Summit 3480010 / Fab Fours Matrix FB21 |
Types of Bronco winch setups
| Type | How it works | Pros | Cons | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full-width replacement bumpers | The factory bumper comes off; the new bar carries the winch, lighting and recovery points | Most protection and hardware room; winch ceilings to 12,000 lb | Heaviest route; sensors and radar usually relocate | WARN Elite, ARB Summit, Fab Fours Matrix |
| Slimline & hidden mounts | A tray or half-bumper hides the winch behind or inside the factory nose | Least added hardware; factory look survives; sensors often untouched | Tight winch envelopes; access for clutch and remote can be poor | RC Hidden Mount 51065, ADD Stealth Fighter |
| The factory kit path | Ford’s own winch system on the factory Modular bumper — no bumper swap at all | OEM sign-off; frame-mounted through the tow-hook pockets; D-rings kept | Factory-option bumper only; no ACC; dealer install with airbag reprogramming | Ford Performance kit M-1821-B |
There is also a fourth way to carry a winch — on the receiver hitch — with its own trade-offs; our hitch mount vs bumper mount guide and receiver hitch winch mount guide cover it. It is not a bumper, so it is not ranked here.
Detailed reviews: the eight routes in full
Each route below gets the full treatment: why it earns its place, the complete spec list, who it fits, honest watch-outs, and what Bronco owners actually report — paraphrased from the threads linked in each block, never invented. Where owner coverage is thin, the block says so.
The Baseline: Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B
The Baseline — Ford’s own winch system for the factory Modular bumper, and the setup every replacement bumper below has to beat.
Why the Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B is our pick
It is the only route with OEM-level integration sign-off: WARN co-developed the winch with Ford, the mount bolts to the frame through the stock tow-hook pockets, and the Everglades ships with this same kit from the factory. If your Bronco qualifies, it solves the winch problem without buying, shipping or storing a bumper — and its long gate list is a fitment filter, not fine print.
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B key specs
- Part number: M-1821-B (Ford Performance by WARN)
- Type: Winch system for the factory Modular steel bumper — not a bumper
- Winch: WARN 10,000 lb, unique to this kit
- Rope: 100 ft Spydura synthetic, 10,000 lb hook, red hook strap
- Remote: Wired
- Mount: Plate and pre-runner hoop bolt to the frame through the stock tow-hook pockets; D-ring mounts preserved
- Weight: ≈189 lb shipped package (winch, bracing, packaging)
- Install: Dealer only — the RCM (airbag) system must be reprogrammed for the winch mass
- Adaptive cruise: Not compatible — the ACC bracket physically interferes with the mount
- Parking sensors: Front park aid cannot be relocated; Ford’s instruction is to disable it long-term in settings
- Front camera: Winch position diminishes the front view (Ford’s wording)
- Requirement: Modular bumper fitted as a factory option; LED headlamps with LED signature lighting
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B: fits and best for
Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands and Wildtrak Broncos with the Modular bumper fitted as a factory option — and the Everglades, which ships with it. Best for owners who want factory integration and can give up adaptive cruise and front park aid to get it.
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Only OEM-signed-off route; no bumper to buy or swap
- Frame-mounted via the tow-hook pockets; D-rings kept
- Factory-proven — standard on the Everglades
- Synthetic line and wired remote in the box
Watch-outs
- ACC owners excluded outright; park aid is lost, not moved
- Dealer install and airbag reprogramming are mandatory
- A Modular bumper bought later does not qualify you
- Not compatible with Base, Black Diamond or First Edition
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B: what owners report
What owners report: Bronco6G owners work through the kit’s fitment limits, the ACC exclusion and the dealer-programming requirement in the announcement thread — the recurring theme is that the gates, not the winch, decide who can use it (Ford Performance kit thread, Bronco6G).
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B: who should not buy
Skip it if your Bronco has the LUX package’s adaptive cruise — the incompatibility is physical, not a setting. The ARB Summit below is the route that keeps ACC working; the full replacement field is compared in our Defender bumper guide for the other nameplate take on the same problem.
Ford Performance by WARN Winch Kit M-1821-B: pair it with
The winch is in the kit; what it still needs is the recovery gear around it — a rated winch recovery kit and a winch cover for the exposed line and hook.
Maker/dealer: the kit at a Ford Performance dealer
Tip: confirm on your build sheet that the Modular bumper was a factory option before ordering — a dealer-fitted Modular bumper does not qualify. The tray-and-bumper alternatives are in our front-bumper winch mounting guide.
Best Hidden Mount: Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065
Best Hidden Mount — a winch tray and skid plate that hide behind the factory bumper you already own.
Why the Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065 is our pick
It solves the problem the replacement bumpers create: no bumper to buy, ship or store, and no new steel hanging off the nose. Rough Country rates the tray for most standard winches up to 12,000 lb on the standard mount pattern, states it does not interfere with the proximity or cruise-control sensors, and says it does not impede intercooler airflow — the three objections a hidden mount usually raises, answered by the maker.
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065 key specs
- Part number: 51065
- Type: Hidden winch tray + skid plate behind the factory bumper
- Fitment: Factory Modular bumper, all plastic factory bumpers, RC front bumpers; NOT the Capable bumper
- Engines: 2.3L and 2.7L; frame-mounted tow rings required
- Winch ceiling: Most standard winches to 12,000 lb (RC positions it for its RS9500/RS12000 synthetic winches)
- Mount pattern: 4.5 in × 10 in, 4-bolt; fairlead recessed into the skid plate
- Material: 7-gauge bolt-together winch tray; 11-gauge powder-coated skid plate
- Weight: Not published
- Sensors / ACC: Maker states no interference with proximity or cruise-control sensors
- Install: Minor cutting required (maker’s wording); est. 3–4 hours, standard tools
- Warranty: Lifetime replacement
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065: fits and best for
Broncos on the Modular or plastic factory bumpers whose owners want a winch without the replacement-bumper look, weight or freight bill. Our winch mounting guide covers the tray basics it builds on.
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- No bumper to buy, ship or store
- Highest stated ceiling of the keep-your-bumper routes
- Maker states sensors and cruise are untouched
- Lifetime replacement warranty
Watch-outs
- “Minor cutting required” — not a pure bolt-on
- Capable-bumper owners are excluded
- Weight Not published; the axle math stays an estimate
- Winch access is behind the bumper — clutch reach is tight by design
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065: what owners report
What owners report: Dedicated owner coverage of the 51065 in the threads we checked is thin — most Bronco6G hidden-mount discussion is about winch installs generally rather than this tray. The general bumper thread shows how owners weigh frame-horn mounting and packaging on hidden and high-and-tight designs (Bronco6G bumper thread). For the winch itself, see our Bronco winch guide.
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065: who should not buy
Skip it if your Bronco wears the Capable bumper — it does not fit — or if you need open winch access for frequent recoveries. A replacement bumper below, or the winch mounting plate guide, is the better start.
Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065: pair it with
A standard-pattern winch from our Bronco winch guide — the tray is positioned for synthetic-rope winches with a removable solenoid box — plus the essential winching accessories the pull itself needs.
Maker/dealer: the 51065 at a Rough Country dealer
Tip: test-fit the winch on the tray before any cutting — solenoid position is what decides whether the fairlead recess lines up. The sequence is in our winch mounting guide.
Most Winch Room: WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856
Most Winch Room — the full-width steel bumper with the widest named winch list in this guide.
Why the WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856 is our pick
WARN pull-rates the Elite to 12,000 lb and names the winches: ZEON, ZEON Platinum, VR EVO, M8, XD9/XD9i, 9.0Rc and 9.5xp. That named list is the value — no guessing whether your winch is inside the envelope. WARN is equally explicit about the camera: the grille-guard tube and an upright control box block the forward camera, and it sells the relocation hardware that fixes the second half of that problem.
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856 key specs
- Part numbers: 107870 (no grille guard) / 107856 (with grille guard tube)
- Fitment: 2021–2025 Bronco 2-door and 4-door (dealers extend to 2026); not Bronco Sport
- Material: Welded one-piece 3/16 in steel; powder coat over five-step zirconium pretreatment (408-hour salt-spray resistance, per WARN)
- Winch ceiling: Mid-frame WARN winches to 12,000 lb, pull-rated by WARN
- Winch exclusions: Will NOT fit PowerPlant, 9.5cti, M8274, M12, M15 or 16.5ti
- Mount pattern: 10 in × 4.5 in, recessed low-profile mount
- Weight: Not published
- Parking sensors: Front parking-sensor cutouts fitted
- Front camera: Guard tube and upright control box block it; ZEON control pack relocation kit 89970 is the fix
- Lighting: Recessed buckets accept OE fog lights or aftermarket fogs
- Recovery: Welded shackle eyelets; integrated off-road jack points
- Install: Bolt-on at factory bumper locations; minor stock skid-plate trimming if equipped
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856: fits and best for
2021–2025 Broncos whose owners want the biggest WARN winch choice — including a ZEON 12-class footprint within the named list — and full-width protection. One boundary, plainly: WARN’s Ascent, Ascent XP and Ascent HD are full-size truck bumpers with no Bronco fitment — Elite is WARN’s only Bronco line, and any “Ascent for Bronco” listing is mislabelled.
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Only 12,000 lb ceiling backed by a named winch list and a maker pull rating
- Camera problem documented by the maker — with a maker fix (kit 89970)
- Bolt-on; fogs, eyelets and jack points integrated
- Clears oversize tires (37 in with a 2 in lift, per dealer copy)
Watch-outs
- Weight Not published; the axle math stays an estimate
- Grille-guard version costs you the front camera view
- Not rated for flat towing, per WARN’s answer to an owner
- Big-frame WARN winches (M12, M15, 16.5ti) are excluded
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856: what owners report
What owners report: Owners with the 360° camera chose the no-guard Elite specifically because, combined with relocating the winch control pack, it preserves the most front-camera view. One owner also reports WARN’s direct email answer: none of its bumpers are rated for flat towing or tow-bar use — a real caution if you tow the Bronco behind a motorhome (WARN Elite owners thread, Bronco6G).
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856: who should not buy
Skip it if you flat-tow your Bronco, or if your winch is one of the excluded big-frame models. The 12,000 lb class across brands is compared in our 12,000 lb winch guide.
WARN Elite Series Front Bumper 107870 / 107856: pair it with
A mid-frame WARN from our Bronco winch guide and, if you run a ZEON, the control pack relocation kit 89970 in the same order; the line itself is covered in our synthetic rope replacement guide.
Maker/dealer: WARN’s Bronco bumper page
Tip: if your Bronco has the 360° camera, order the no-guard 107870 and kit 89970 together — retrofitting the relocation after the bumper is on means pulling it again. Install order is in our truck winch installation guide.
Best Electronics Integration: ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010
Best Electronics Integration — the bumper engineered around the Bronco’s electronics: sensors, radar and camera all relocate into the bar.
Why the ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010 is our pick
Every other bumper in this guide makes you choose which driver-assistance system to keep. The Summit is designed so you keep all of them: the ACC radar relocates into the bar, the parking sensors relocate into the bar, and the camera relocates into the bar. ARB also publishes the package weight — ≈172 lb for bumper, chassis mounts and fitting kit — which makes honest axle math possible. The trade for all of it is mass and a 10,000 lb winch ceiling.
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010 key specs
- Part number: 3480010
- Fitment: 2021+ Bronco 2-door/4-door, narrow or wide factory flares; explicitly excludes Raptor
- Material: Steel; Integrit black textured powder coat over EDP20 ecoat; gauge Not published
- Winch ceiling: Low-mount winches to 10,000 lb — WARN ZEON 8/8-S/10/10-S, ZEON Platinum 10/10-S, VR EVO 8/8-S/10/10-S, Smittybilt X20 Gen2 10K
- Weight: ≈172 lb for bumper + chassis mounts + fitting kit (ARB’s published figure)
- Parking sensors: Designed to accommodate the factory sensors — they relocate into the bar
- Adaptive cruise: Radar relocates into the bar; designed to keep ACC working
- Front camera: Relocates into the bar
- Lighting: Provisions for OE LED fog lights; ARB fog kit 3580010 for Broncos without fogs
- Recovery: Two forged ARB-rated 8-ton recovery points; twin jack points in the lower pan
- Underbody: Suits ARB UVP (5480100) or the OE Ford under panel; 37 in tire clearance with lift/offset
- Warranty: 3-year (dealer listings)
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010: fits and best for
ACC- and camera-equipped Broncos — the LUX-package trucks the Ford kit turns away — whose owners accept the heaviest documented package here in exchange for keeping every system working.
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Only bumper designed to keep sensors, ACC and camera all working
- Maker publishes the package weight — honest math possible
- Rated forged recovery points built in
- Named winch compatibility list, 10,000 lb class
Watch-outs
- Heaviest documented package: ≈172 lb before the winch
- 10,000 lb ceiling — no 12,000 lb winch
- Mounting kit is a separate purchase on some listings (“bumper only”)
- Relocated camera loses the last inches of close-range view (owner reports)
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010: what owners report
What owners report: A Badlands owner with ACC reports the relocated adaptive cruise “works flawlessly,” but criticises the relocated camera: with a flip-up license plate kit it intrudes into the view and loses the last several inches of close-range sight, and the owner plans a custom bracket (Summit install thread, Bronco6G). Another owner confirms the camera, radar, sensors and plate mount all relocate into the bar; the gripe there is that the camera relocation assumes no front plate, so the top of the plate shows on screen — and after a 3,600-mile road trip on stock suspension, the extra front weight was noticeable but manageable (Summit owners thread, Bronco6G).
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010: who should not buy
Skip it if your winch plan is 12,000 lb, or if your payload is already spoken for — the WARN Elite above takes the bigger winch, and the weight section at the top of this guide shows what ≈172 lb does to a Badlands.
ARB Summit Winch Front Bumper 3480010: pair it with
Shackles rated for the forged points — our D-ring shackle guide — and, if your Bronco has no factory fogs, the ARB fog kit 3580010 in the same order.
Maker/dealer: the Summit at an ARB dealer
Tip: confirm the box contents before the freight ships — on some listings the mounting kit is separate (“bumper only”). A bar this size is a two-person, full-day install; our winch maintenance checklist covers the post-install torque and function checks.
Budget Replacement: Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077
Budget Replacement — the modular 3-piece budget replacement: sensor-ready, light-bar ready, and winch-ready only with help.
Why the Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077 is our pick
Two facts decide this listing. First, the bumper alone carries no winch: winching requires Rough Country’s optional hidden winch mount, so the honest comparison is bumper plus mount against the integrated bumpers above. Second, the conflict, printed plainly: dealer reproductions of Rough Country’s own copy (Wild Horses 4×4) warn that the hidden-mount pairing on this bumper is not compatible with 2.7L engines. Everything else about it is straightforward budget steel: sensor kit included, ACC retained through the center opening, factory skids still work.
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077 key specs
- Part number: 51077
- Fitment: 2021–2025 Bronco, all trims except Raptor; built around non-modular factory bumper models
- Design: Modular 3-piece (center + stubby wings) overlapping the factory grille shell
- Material: 11-gauge steel skin; 7-gauge steel mounting points; flat black powder coat
- Winch: None built in — RC’s optional hidden winch mount required
- Conflict: Hidden-mount pairing on this bumper flagged NOT compatible with 2.7L engines (dealer-reproduced maker copy)
- Weight: Not published
- Parking sensors: Sensor mounting kit included; block-off panel for non-sensor trucks
- Adaptive cruise: Center opening retains OEM adaptive cruise function
- Lighting: Accepts a 20 in single-row light bar; block-off grille insert included
- Skid / install: Works with factory skid plates and frame-mounted tow rings; est. 3–4 hours, hardware included
- Warranty: Limited lifetime replacement
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077: fits and best for
Non-modular Broncos whose owners want the replacement-bumper look and sensor readiness at the budget end — and who either run the 2.3L or get the 2.7L question answered in writing first.
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Sensor-ready out of the box, block-offs included
- ACC retained through the center opening
- Modular center-plus-wings design; factory skids still work
- Limited lifetime replacement warranty
Watch-outs
- No winch without the extra-cost hidden mount
- The 2.7L flag on that pairing is a hard stop until confirmed
- Weight Not published
- Minor splicing on lighting variants
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077: what owners report
What owners report: Dedicated owner coverage of the 51077 in the threads we checked is thin — the bumper is usually discussed as a styling and lighting upgrade rather than a winch platform, which matches its winch-by-optional-mount design. General Bronco6G bumper discussion is the best owner colour available (Bronco6G bumper thread).
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077: who should not buy
Skip it if you run the 2.7L and cannot get fitment confirmed in writing, or if you want the winch integrated from day one — the 51065 tray above states 2.7L fitment, and the integrated bumpers start with the WARN Elite.
Rough Country High Clearance Front Bumper 51077: pair it with
The optional hidden mount itself is the pair-with — budget for both parts — plus the essential winching accessories for the pull.
Maker/dealer: the 51077 at Quadratec
Tip: the 2.7L warning travels with Rough Country’s own copy as reproduced by Wild Horses 4×4 — screenshot it and get your dealer’s answer in writing before the freight ships. The bumper-and-winch install sequence is in our truck winch installation guide.
Best Low-Profile: ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103
Best Low-Profile — the radius plate-steel styling pick: fully bolt-on, made in USA, and the only Raptor fitment here.
Why the ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103 is our pick
The Stealth Fighter is the packaging pick for owners who do not want a full-width bar: a low-profile radius design that keeps the nose tight, retains the parking sensors, and bolts on with no cutting or welding. It is also the honesty pick: ADD’s Bronco copy states no numeric winch capacity, so this guide prints Not published rather than guessing from tray size — what is documented is the fitment table, which is the only one here that includes the Raptor.
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103 key specs
- Part number: F230142210103 (winch-mount version — a non-winch version also exists)
- Fitment: 2021+ Bronco, all trims including Raptor per ADD’s fitment table
- Material: Radius plate steel; hammer black powder coat with satin black panels
- Winch ceiling: Not published in maker copy; winch sits behind the center panel, access via the bumper’s openings
- Weight: Not published
- Parking sensors: Retained; plugs included for non-sensor models
- Adaptive cruise: Not retained in place — ACC relocation bracket sold separately
- Lighting: Center mount for up to a 30 in radius light bar or 8 cube lights; one cube per side panel
- Skid: Optional 3/16 in aluminium skid plate; also works with the factory skid plate
- Recovery: Two reinforced clevis mounts for 3/4 in D-rings
- Install: Fully bolt-on per ADD, no cutting or welding; made in USA
- Airflow: Louvered lower panel for intercooler airflow
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103: fits and best for
Style-led Broncos — and Raptor owners, who have exactly one fitment table in this guide — that winch occasionally and value a tight nose and a true bolt-on over a published winch ceiling.
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Only fitment table here that includes the Raptor
- True bolt-on; sensors retained without relocation work
- Generous lighting options; aluminium skid option
- Made in USA
Watch-outs
- No published winch capacity — tray size, not a rating
- ACC bracket is a separate purchase
- Weight Not published
- A non-winch version exists — the wrong SKU is an easy mistake
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103: what owners report
What owners report: Bronco-specific owner coverage of the Stealth Fighter in the threads we checked is thin. The recurring owner caution on other ADD applications is tight winch access behind the center panel — worth checking against your clutch and remote layout before ordering, because the winch lives behind that panel on the Bronco version too.
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103: who should not buy
Skip it if a published, rated winch ceiling is your first criterion — WARN’s named list and ARB’s 10,000 lb ceiling are the documented alternatives — or if you will not pay extra for the ACC bracket on a LUX truck.
ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper F230142210103: pair it with
The ACC relocation bracket and the optional aluminium skid, in the same order; for the clevis mounts, rated shackles from our D-ring shackle guide.
Maker/dealer: the Stealth Fighter at an ADD dealer
Tip: order by the full part number, F230142210103 — the non-winch Stealth Fighter looks identical in dealer photos. Winch-first or bumper-first, the order of work is in our front-bumper winch mounting guide.
Best for the Front Camera: CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers
Best for the Front Camera — two-piece fab bumpers that split on one feature: the Adventure keeps the factory camera working; the Baja makes you move it.
Why the CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers is our pick
CBI’s own FAQ sets the ceiling honestly: most 8,000–10,000 lb winches fit, provided the solenoid box is non-integrated. That is the tightest documented ceiling in this guide, and it buys something rare — the Adventure Hybrid works with the factory front camera, in a two-piece 7-gauge steel and DOM tube design with a lifetime warranty. The disclosures are all the maker’s own, including the least convenient one in this guide: the parking-sensor wiring must be cut and extended by the customer.
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers key specs
- Models: Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid (2022+ Bronco)
- Construction: Two-piece design; solid 7-gauge steel and DOM tube; built-in recovery points
- Winch ceiling: Most 8,000–10,000 lb winches, non-integrated solenoid box only; some fitments need the solenoid relocated
- Weight: Not published
- Front camera: Adventure: works with the factory camera. Baja: camera relocation required
- Parking sensors: Work after relocation and realignment; wiring must be cut and extended by the customer (CBI’s disclosure)
- Adaptive cruise: Works after sensor relocation and realignment
- Lighting: Up to 6 light pods (3 per wing, depending on pod size)
- Material option: Aluminium offered on the CBI line — confirm per SKU at order time
- Trimming: Conflict: Bronco product pages say “No trimming required!”; CBI’s general FAQ says most of its front bumpers require cutting
- Warranty: Lifetime (CBI FAQ)
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers: fits and best for
2022+ Broncos running a 10,000 lb or smaller winch with a non-integrated solenoid box, whose owners want fab-bumper construction and — on the Adventure — a working factory camera without a relocation project.
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Adventure keeps the factory camera working — rare here
- Lifetime warranty; two-piece steel/tube construction
- Disclosures are the maker’s own — nothing buried
- Aluminium option on the line for weight-watchers
Watch-outs
- Tightest ceiling here; integrated-solenoid winches are out
- Cutting and extending sensor wiring is on you
- Product page and FAQ contradict on trimming — confirm first
- Weight Not published
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers: what owners report
What owners report: Dedicated owner coverage of the CBI Bronco bumpers in the threads we checked is thin — the documented record here is the maker’s own FAQ and product pages, which are unusually candid. For owner-side Bronco bumper experience generally, the Bronco6G bumper thread is the running conversation (Bronco6G bumper thread).
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers: who should not buy
Skip it if your winch has an integrated solenoid box you will not relocate, or if cutting factory wiring is a hard no — the ARB Summit relocates everything without a wiring cut, at ≈172 lb.
CBI Offroad Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid Front Bumpers: pair it with
A non-integrated-solenoid winch from our Bronco winch guide — check the solenoid layout before the bumper ships — and the rope-care basics in our synthetic vs steel guide.
Maker/dealer: the Adventure Hybrid at CBI
Tip: make the trimming question a pre-purchase phone call: the Bronco product page says no trimming, the general FAQ says most CBI bumpers need cutting — the product page should govern the Bronco SKUs, but confirm it for your model year. The Baja page is here for the camera-relocation detail.
Best Published Weight: Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1
Best Published Weight — the slim “high and tight” bar with a published weight range and the hardest physical ceiling here.
Why the Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1 is our pick
Fab Fours does two things most makers here will not: it publishes the weight — 125–160 lb depending on guard option — and it states the winch ceiling as a physical envelope rather than a headline number: sized for a WARN VR EVO 10 or smaller, with the control box relocated. “Not limited to WARN winches” is the maker’s line, but the envelope is VR EVO 10-class, and treating it that way is what keeps the install from stalling on day one.
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1 key specs
- Part numbers: FB21-X5251-1 (no guard) / FB21-X5252-1 (pre-runner) / FB21-X5250-1 (full guard)
- Fitment: 2021–2025 Bronco; explicitly NOT compatible with Bronco Raptor
- Material: 3/16 in US steel plate; two-stage matte black powder coat over epoxy primer
- Winch ceiling: WARN VR EVO 10 or smaller (physical envelope); control-box relocation mandatory — kit 106011 specified for a VR EVO
- Weight: 125–160 lb by guard option (≈125 none, ≈140 pre-runner, ≈160 full)
- Parking sensors: Integrated sensor holes
- Adaptive cruise: Optional relocation bracket M3853-1
- Lighting: Center mount for a 20 in single-row light bar plus (2) 3×3 cubes per side
- Recovery: Integrated D-ring mounts
- Skid: Skid plate FB21-Z5250-1 sold separately; does NOT work with the factory plastic skid plate
- Airflow: Lower cutout for airflow
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1: fits and best for
2021–2025 Broncos whose owners are counting pounds and already run — or plan to run — a VR EVO 10-class winch, and who want the slim packaging for clearance.
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1 pros and watch-outs
Pros
- Maker publishes a weight range — honest math possible
- Slim packaging; approach-angle friendly
- Ceiling stated as a physical envelope, not marketing
- Full lighting provisions built in
Watch-outs
- VR EVO 10-class is the ceiling — no 12,000 lb ambitions
- Relocation kit, ACC bracket and skid are all extra
- Factory plastic skid plate cannot be reused
- Raptor excluded outright
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1: what owners report
What owners report: Dedicated owner coverage of the Matrix in the threads we checked is thin — the published record is dealer reproductions of Fab Fours’ own spec blocks, which agree with each other. Owner-side weight discussion generally lives in the Bronco6G bumper thread, where published dry weights are the currency owners compare (Bronco6G bumper thread).
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1: who should not buy
Skip it if your winch is bigger than the VR EVO 10 envelope or if the extras (relocation kit, ACC bracket, skid) break the budget — the WARN Elite takes the bigger winch in one box.
Fab Fours Matrix Series Front Bumper FB21-X5251-1: pair it with
The VR EVO 10 itself — our Bronco winch guide ranks it — plus relocation kit 106011 and skid FB21-Z5250-1 in the same freight shipment.
Maker/dealer: the Matrix at a Fab Fours dealer
Tip: order the skid and relocation kit with the bumper — LTL freight is the expensive part, and a second shipment for a 106011 costs more than the kit. Mounting order is in our winch mounting plate guide.
Also considered, one line each
- RCI Metalworks Arapaho — 3/16 in steel at a maker-published 89 lb, the lightest documented full bumper found; frame-tied plate takes winches to 10,000 lb including the ZEON 10-S; sensors retained; ACC needs aftermarket brackets; bolt-on, no drilling: RCI Arapaho page.
- DV8 Offroad MTO Series FBBR-01 — ≈99 lb, in-bumper mount to 12,000 lb, sensors retained; ACC module must be relocated (bracket separate) and factory fog lights do not fit.

Fitment & installation
Most of these are driveway jobs with factory mounting points, but the exceptions decide the weekend. The WARN Elite and the ADD Stealth Fighter are true bolt-ons (the Elite may need minor trimming of a stock skid plate); the Rough Country 51065 tray asks for minor cutting by the maker’s own wording; and the Ford Performance kit is not a home install at all — a dealer must reprogram the RCM airbag module for the added winch mass. Budget 3–4 hours for the Rough Country pair per the makers’ estimates, and a second pair of hands for anything in the ARB/Fab Fours weight class. Our winch mounting guide and front-bumper mounting guide cover the tray and bumper work itself.
The electronics are the second half of the job. Sensors that relocate (ARB, CBI) need realignment before their readings can be trusted; CBI’s route also means cutting and extending the parking-sensor wiring. Control-pack relocation is its own line item on two bumpers — WARN’s kit 89970 for the Elite’s camera fix, Fab Fours’ 106011 for the Matrix’s mandatory relocation — and ACC brackets (ADD, Fab Fours M3853-1) are separate purchases, not box contents. Once the steel is on, the winch wiring follows the usual rules in our winch hook-up guide and the full sequence in our truck winch installation guide.
Safety essentials
Recovery safety with a bumper-mounted winch:
- Rig only to rated recovery points — forged, rated points like ARB’s 8-ton pair, never a tow ball or a tie-down loop.
- Drape a line damper over the line before every pull.
- Keep everyone clear of the line’s snap-back zone, and never straddle or step over a loaded line.
- Gloves with a steel line; inspect any line — steel or synthetic — before the trip, not at the stuck truck.
- Weigh the combination before you buy: bumper plus winch comes out of front GAWR headroom and payload, not out of thin air.
- After the first miles, re-check bumper and mount torque and confirm sensors, radar and camera all still behave.
Three pieces of recovery kit earn their place next to any of these bumpers. In keeping with this guide’s dealer-channel pattern they are linked to our own accessory guides rather than a marketplace button:
A rated snatch block — for double-line pulls and direction changes on heavy recoveries; our snatch block guide has the picks and the ratings maths.
A tree saver strap — a wide, low-stretch strap that protects the tree and the line; never wrap a winch line around a tree directly. Picks in our tree saver guide.
Rated D-ring shackles — sized to the bumper’s recovery points; back the pin off a quarter to half a turn after hand-tight so it cannot seize under load. Our D-ring shackle guide covers the ratings.
The full kit list is in our essential winching accessories guide, and how to run the pull itself is in our how to use a winch guide.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Front camera view is blocked after the install | Grille-guard tube or an upright winch control box in the camera’s view | Choose the no-guard version (WARN 107870) and relocate the control pack with the maker’s kit 89970 |
| Adaptive cruise unavailable after a bumper swap | Radar blocked, or never relocated into the new bar | Fit the maker’s relocation bracket (ADD, Fab Fours M3853-1) and realign; on the Ford Performance kit, ACC incompatibility is by design |
| Parking sensors false-alarm constantly | The winch sits in the sensors’ field of view | Relocate and realign the sensors (ARB, CBI); on the Ford kit, Ford’s instruction is to disable front park aid in settings |
| Front end sags and steering feels heavy | Added nose mass against ≈500 lb of front-axle headroom | Weigh the combination against the GAWR table above, check alignment, and consider the lighter routes (hidden tray, published-weight bumpers) |
| The winch physically will not fit the tray | Integrated solenoid box or a winch outside the bumper’s envelope | Use a non-integrated-box winch (CBI), relocate the solenoid/control pack (Fab Fours 106011), or pick from the maker’s named list (WARN Elite) |
| The skid plate will not go back on | Bumper and skid were designed separately | Trim per the maker’s instructions (WARN Elite), reuse where supported (RC 51077, ADD), or order the matched skid (Fab Fours FB21-Z5250-1) |
Who should NOT buy these
LUX-package owners eyeing the Ford kit: adaptive cruise makes the M-1821-B physically incompatible, and front park aid is lost with it. The ARB Summit, or a relocation-bracket bumper, is your field — start with the comparison table at the top.
Anyone set on a 12,000 lb winch: only the WARN Elite (within its named list) and the RC hidden tray claim 12,000 lb. ARB caps at 10,000 lb, CBI at 8,000–10,000 lb, and the Fab Fours Matrix at a VR EVO 10 envelope. The winches themselves are ranked in our 12,000 lb winch guide.
Bronco Sport owners, and most Raptor owners: nothing here fits the Sport — every product is for the full-size Bronco. The Raptor is excluded outright by ARB, the RC 51077 and Fab Fours; ADD’s fitment table is the exception, and it still needs confirming against your exact trim and year.
Anyone who flat-tows their Bronco: WARN told an owner directly that its bumpers are not rated for tow-bar use. Ask any maker the same question in writing before ordering — a bumper that cannot be towed behind a motorhome is the wrong bumper for an RV household.
Anyone unwilling to cut wiring, and 2.7L owners pairing the RC 51077 with its hidden mount: CBI’s sensor install means cutting and extending the parking-sensor wiring yourself, and the 51077-plus-mount pairing is flagged incompatible with the 2.7L in dealer-reproduced maker copy. Both are knowable before you buy — confirm in writing, or take the 51065 route, which states 2.7L fitment.
Final verdict
One line per route:
- The Baseline — Ford Performance by WARN Kit M-1821-B: factory integration if your Bronco qualifies. See it at a Ford Performance dealer
- Best Hidden Mount — RC Hidden Winch Mount Kit 51065: the winch without the bumper. See it at a Rough Country dealer
- Most Winch Room — WARN Elite 107870 / 107856: the named 12,000 lb list. See it at WARN
- Best Electronics Integration — ARB Summit 3480010: every system relocates, every system works. See it at an ARB dealer
- Budget Replacement — RC High Clearance 51077: budget steel, winch via the optional mount. See it at Quadratec
- Best Low-Profile — ADD Stealth Fighter F230142210103: the tight nose, Raptor included. See it at an ADD dealer
- Best for the Front Camera — CBI Adventure Hybrid / Baja Hybrid: fab construction, camera intact on the Adventure. See it at CBI
- Best Published Weight — Fab Fours Matrix FB21: 125–160 lb, printed by the maker. See it at a Fab Fours dealer
Bottom line: keep the factory bumper if you can — the Ford kit if your trim qualifies, the Rough Country tray if it does not. Replace it when your winch will not fit the factory routes, or when the electronics decide: ARB for integration, WARN Elite for 12,000 lb room, Fab Fours for published weight, CBI for the camera-friendly Adventure, ADD for Raptor fitment.
FAQ
Can I mount a winch on my Bronco’s factory bumper?
Only on the heavy-duty Modular steel bumper, two ways: the Ford Performance kit M-1821-B — factory-option bumper required, no ACC, dealer install with airbag reprogramming — or Rough Country’s hidden mount 51065, which also works behind plastic factory bumpers but not the Capable bumper. The standard plastic bumper alone is not a mount; the options are compared in our front-bumper mounting guide.
Will a winch bumper disable my adaptive cruise control?
It depends on the route. The Ford kit is not compatible with ACC at all. The ARB Summit relocates the radar into the bar and is designed to keep ACC working — an owner reports it flawless. ADD and Fab Fours keep ACC only via a bracket sold separately; CBI’s sensors work after relocation and realignment.
How much weight does a winch bumper add to the front axle?
On Ford’s figures a Badlands 4-door (2.7L) has about 500 lb of front-axle headroom (3,270 lb GAWR against ≈2,763 lb front curb weight). The heaviest documented combination here — the ARB package at ≈172 lb plus a 10,000 lb winch — adds roughly 244–264 lb gross, about half of it. Ford does not publish stock bumper weights, so net gains are smaller by an unpublished amount.
Will a 12,000 lb winch fit these bumpers?
Usually not — the physical envelope rules. The WARN Elite takes mid-frame WARN winches to 12,000 lb but excludes the M12, M15 and 16.5ti. ARB caps at 10,000 lb, CBI at most 8,000–10,000 lb with a non-integrated solenoid box, and the Fab Fours Matrix is sized for a VR EVO 10 or smaller with mandatory control-box relocation.
Do any of these bumpers fit the Bronco Sport or the Bronco Raptor?
None fit the Bronco Sport — all are for the full-size Bronco. The Raptor is excluded outright by ARB, the Rough Country 51077 and Fab Fours; ADD’s Stealth Fighter table includes it. Confirm against your exact trim and year before ordering.
How much does a Bronco winch bumper weigh?
Most makers do not publish one. The documented figures in this guide: the ARB Summit package at ≈172 lb for bumper, mounts and fitting kit; the Fab Fours Matrix at 125–160 lb depending on guard option; and the lightest full bumper found, the RCI Arapaho, at a maker-published 89 lb. WARN, Rough Country, ADD and CBI print nothing — the tables here mark those Not published rather than borrow a shipping weight.
Do I have to reprogram anything after fitting a winch bumper?
Only on the Ford Performance route: a dealer must reprogram the RCM (airbag) module so deployment thresholds account for the winch mass, which is why that kit is dealer-install only. Aftermarket bumpers need no programming, but relocated sensors and radar (ARB, CBI) need realignment before their readings can be trusted.
Can I keep my factory fog lights with a winch bumper?
Sometimes. WARN’s Elite has recessed buckets that accept the factory fogs; ARB provides for the OE LED fogs, with its fog kit 3580010 covering Broncos built without them. At the other end, DV8’s MTO bumper does not fit the factory fogs at all. Check the lighting row of the spec table before assuming your fogs carry over.
What is the lightest way to put a winch on a Bronco?
Keep the factory bumper: Rough Country’s hidden tray adds a winch without new steel on the nose (its weight is Not published), and the Ford Performance kit’s ≈189 lb shipped package is mostly the winch itself. Among full replacement bumpers, the lightest documented is the RCI Arapaho at 89 lb — lighter than every ranked pick here that publishes a figure.
